The Speaker Series is hosted by the Centre for Co-operative and Community-Based Economy with support from the Faculty of Business, Central 1 Credit Union, The Co-operators, and Federated Co-operatives Ltd. CCCBE hosts a speaker's series twice per year, from September to April. Our series features presentations by UVic academics, graduate students, visiting faculty and community practitioners discussing ideas and initiatives in the co-operative economy from a range of disciplines and perspectives. These presentations are free and open to all members of the public and university community. Most speaking events are at the University of Victoria, with some special events held off campus.
VISIT BCICS PODCASTS to hear all of our previous speakers.
